Due to security screening of all incoming correspondence, any flag requests processed by mail may incur additional processing time.  Standard processing time for flags flown over the Capitol is four to six weeks.  Orders submitted online are processed within 48 hours.  For mail flag orders, please allow an additional 7-10 days lead time to ensure that the requested fly date can be accommodated.

I welcome you to purchase an American flag that has been flown over the United States Capitol through my office. Each purchased flag will be accompanied by a signed certificate certifying that the flag was flown and stating the name of the person/persons or organization for whom it was flown. To buy a flag and have it flown over the Capitol, you may fill out the following form and send a check to the address below or complete an online order here: https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/63883131
