Usually I have a wonderful time at Swap Shop but this particular incident. I need to show the pictures as proof and documentation on my FB, of a couple who are sitting at Swap Shop the outdoor part supposedly selling to the public, all kind of items including hats that said Jesus is my boss in different colors. I've experienced racism before but this was the upmost incident. I told the lady & the husband as you can see with the picture, that they were sitting doing nothing. I drove by and I said; excuse me, I'm disabled that's why I'm in a car and I could not walk toward you, can you please get me those hats over there because I'd like to buy them, she told me to go get them myself even though I explained to her that I'm not able to she told me I shouldn't come here unless somebody can get things for me and just kept sitting there as you can tell in the pictures I'm going to report them to whoever needs to know about this because I feel that first of all I'm a black woman who is disabled and who was in need of assistance well the lazy husband and wife just sat there and chose not to help me. I said I don't know why you won't assist me, she drop the F U bomb y'all wow!!! in front of her four kids including one small little boy I chose to delete all their photos because I do not want to put them in the midst of this mess to have parents that are racist. I let them know that I had nothing with them but I did have a problem with their mother because she is a racist and I hope that they don't grow up like her especially I was leaning towards their little boy to let him understand that the behavior displayed was not right as they were pushing their items in. I just kept still taking pictures as the mother insisted she was not going to sell me the caps she continued to yell. Well I do still have some hope because the little boy smile and he waved bye at me. That lets me know that maybe not all generation will pick upon the bad repulsive behaviors of their elders. I would like a formal apology from the seller and acknowledgent by the actual company for what transpired today around 5:30-6 p.m. on a Sunday. Beware to all people of color, watch out and be always aware, be prepared to deal with any kind of racism that you are faced with. Let God's Spirit be your guide. ***See my page for the pictures.***
