E&C is the oldest standing legislative committee in the House with jurisdiction over our nation’s energy, telecommunications and consumer product safety policies. In addition, Congressman Guthrie serves on the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology; and Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade.
