Congressman Castro discusses the need for immigration reform. Castro says the current surge of unaccompanied minors making the dangerous trek from Central America to the U.S. could be mitigated by strong investments in the border and clear immigration policy delineated in the comprehensive immigration reform bills in the House and Senate. Castro discusses the short period of time the House of Representatives is in session and how big bills like tax reform will not benefit from that. Castro says Congress owes the American people more work than that.
