Flag Requests

If you would like to order a U.S. flag from my office, please use this form to calculate the price and shipping costs. If you choose to pay with a credit card, the form will take you to Pay.gov for order completion. Pay.gov is a website operated by the U.S. Treasury for secure online payments to the federal government. If you choose to pay with a check, you will have the option for printing the completed form for sending to my office with your check.
