Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins touched down in the Capital City to give residents and civic leaders her year ending report on what' has been going on in our nations capital.

Jenkins gave guests an inside view of the new budget agreement and how the new Affordable Care Act roll out will effect Kansans next year.

The Congresswoman said this budget agreement was one she would not have drafted, but to avoid another government shut down there had to be a compromise.

Jenkins says this budget agreement should offer some relief for small business owners.
