2nd Amendment

As a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, I strongly oppose any attempts to limit the rights of law-abiding gun owners. Too many in Congress would trample the rights set aside for all Americans by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in the name of crime prevention. I believe that the key to ending unlawful use of firearms is strict enforcement of existing laws. By enforcing our current laws, we can responsibly work toward making sure that guns stay out of the hands of criminals.

While no one believes that felons should be able to purchase guns, we must not infringe on the rights of honest and law-abiding gun owners to keep and bear firearms. Please be assured that I will continue to fight for gun owners’ rights.
