Amendment specifies that funding authorized in the bill for environmental restoration and waste management shall be taken from non-defense related research and development funds.
AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment specifying that the proportional increase in funding authorized in the bill for the Environmental Restoration and Waste Management program for research and development shall not be taken the defense-related research and development.
