Amendment sought to reduce the appropriations contained in the bill by $10 billion.
AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment to reduce federal spending by $10 billion for FY 1994 through a variety of spending cuts, budget rescissions, federal workforce reductions, and changes in a number of federal laws and programs.
