AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendments en bloc provide an indefinite appropriation to be used during the last quarter of the year if the basic appropriation is inadequate for four entitlement programs: Medicaid, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, Black Lung, and the Supplemental Security Income Program.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment consisting of several amendments offered en bloc to allow funds appropriated in the bill for FY 1993 to cover costs incurred in the current fiscal year by the Health Care Financing Administration, the Social Security Adminstration Trust Fund, Supplemental Security Income Program, and Adminstration for Children and Families.
