AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment sought to require that the labor and civil rights laws listed in the bill shall apply to the Legislative Branch within 120 days of enactment of the bill.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment to require that the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, and the Rehabilitation Act would apply to the Legislative Branch within 120 days of enactment of the bill.
