1. H.AMDT.155 to H.R.2491 Amendment sought to transfer $80 million from the water infrastructure account and earmark those funds for the improvement of wastewater treatment in colonias in Texas, and New Mexico, and provide assistance in connection with sewage facilities in the vicinity of Nogales, Arizona, and Mexicali, Mexico. \ A point of order was sustained against the amendment on the grounds that no authorization existed for EPA grants for the above purposes.

The amendment was reoffered at the end of the reading of the bill, in accordance with House rules.
