AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment authorizes the use of title I (Improved Education for Disadvantaged Children) funds to serve educationally deprived children from low-income families who otherwise meet title I eligibility requirements, but who attend schools in noneligible attendance areas.

An amendment to permit school districts to use Title I funds to serve educationally deprived children from low-income families who otherwise meet Title I eligibility requirements, but who attend schools in noneligible attendance areas.
