Defending our country and protecting our freedoms are the most essential tasks of our federal government, and these are tasks I will never take lightly. I will work hard to continue to strengthen communication channels between our federal agencies and local first responders, as well as support the development of advance technologies that will help thwart future terrorist activity. We must also honor the sacrifice and commitment of our military and their families by ensuring they have the resources needed both on the battlefield and when at home. |
