Energy Efficiency Resources
My office has held several workshops to share tips and resources for weatherizing your home and saving money on your energy bill. I wanted to share these resources with you, even if you didn't make it to one of the events.

The Department of Energy has a very useful webpage where consumers can find information about:
- Tax credits on insulation, heating systems, windows, biomass stoves and more—10% of the cost up to $500.
- Resources for financing buying or remodeling for energy-efficiency.
- Applying for the federal Weatherization Assistance Program.
- Information on energy-efficient appliances, lighting, and practices.
- Tools you can use to see how much energy-efficiency might save you.
