Communication from the Sergeant at Arms: Read a letter from Paul D. Irving, Sergeant at Arms, in which he notified the House that pursuant to clause 12(c) of rule I, an imminent impairment of the place of reconvening for the House meeting of 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, was in place due to weather. Subsequently, the Chair announced that the rescheduling of the time of meeting for the House at 11:30 a.m. had been communicated to the Members.
