Reducing Flight Delays Act--Agreement:
A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that the Senate request the return of the papers on S. 853, to provide the Secretary of Transportation with the flexibility to transfer certain funds to prevent reduced operations and staffing of the Federal Aviation Administration, from the House of Representatives in order for the Secretary of the Senate to make corrections in the engrossment of this bill as authorized by order of the Senate of January 3, 2013.
