Bachmann Lends Support for I-94, HWY 10 Coalitions

This week, I brought together key stakeholders from across the 6th District to hold a press conference at the State Capitol in St. Paul to advocate for much-needed transportation projects. 

I have been traveling across Central Minnesota holding listening sessions with small business owners and local elected officials from every corner of the 6th District. One of the chief concerns that they have been telling me about is the need to add lanes to I-94 to fix the bottleneck and upgrade Highway 10 for safety reasons.

These important transportation projects will save lives, decrease commute times, and create jobs for Minnesotans. I was proud to join with community leaders at the State Capitol to lend support for the I-94 and Highway 10 coalitions, and I look forward to working with them more in the future.
