If you are a resident of Georgia’s 5th District and would like to receive a greeting from the President of the United States, please complete the form below.  I would be happy to help you secure a letter commemorating any of the following:

  • Birth or adoption of a child (sent after)
  • Birthday (80+ years, 70+ for veterans) **
  • Condolences (sent to next of kin only)
  • Eagle Scout
  • Family or Class Reunions (10 years and every 5 years thereafter) **
  • Girl Scout Gold Award
  • Marriage or Civil Union (sent after ceremony)
  • Photograph
  • Religious Institution Anniversary (25 years and every 5 years thereafter) **
  • Religious Milestone
  • Retirement (30+ years) **
  • School Anniversary (100 years and every 25 years thereafter) **
  • School Graduation
  • Serious Illness
  • Wedding Anniversary (more than 50 years) **

** Please indicate how many years in the comment section.

Please note that you must submit a request at least five weeks before the event date in order to guarantee it arrives on time.  The White House cannot guarantee requests received with fewer than five weeks’ notice.

Please do not submit a request if you have already submitted one to the White House or to another Member of Congress.

The White House typically does not send the requested greetings until close to two weeks prior to the event date.  Unfortunately, the Greetings Office cannot offer status updates or confirmations of shipment or delivery for requested Presidential greetings.

What are these options?
This is to help the constituents that are hard of hearing or use a video phone alert us to that fact so we can use the proper technology when we need to call them. The default option “Voice” is a normal audible telephone.
