The College and Career Fair will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Oxon Hill High School located at 6701 Leyte Drive in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The College and Career Fair will feature representatives from over 85 colleges, universities, and military academies (some offering on-the-spot admissions/scholarships), and an additional 70+ government agencies, nonprofits, associations with information about internships, part-time and summer opportunities. NASA, Discovery Communications, Lockheed Martin, the National Society of Black Engineers, the Arts Alliance, and others will offer hands-on STEAM activities.
Shuttle bus transportation will be provided to and from Oxon Hill High School from the John Hanson Montessori School located at 6360 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745
