Help with United States Customs and Immigration Services

My office can contact the United States Customs and Immigration Services department (USCIS) on  behalf of constituents who have been unable to resolve issues regarding green cards, citizenship status, and lost documents, immigration issues, VISA issues, and legal entry into the United States. Navigating these laws and regulations can be at times difficult and confusing, but my office often knows the appropriate agencies to contact and procedures to follow should you need help in any of these areas. While my office is pleased to assist you during this process, whether you work through my office or directly with your attorney or federal agency, all legal requirements for admission remain unchanged. I am committed to serving you and my staff will do all that they can do within the law to ensure that your case is handled efficiently and appropriately.

For example, we may be able to assist you if you:

  • Have lost your proof of citizenship and need new documents
  • Are in the military and need help with your non-citizen spouse
  • Need to know the status of your immigration case
  • Need help obtaining official immigration documents

If you require additional assistance with the USCIS, my office may be able to help. Please contact Bobby in my Topeka office at (785) 234-LYNN (5966) or at Robert.Spagnuolo@mail.house.gov.
