You may also write to Congressman Clay at either of the addresses in St. Louis below.
Please also be advised that mail to Capitol Hill undergoes a lengthy anthrax screening process which often delays delivery. Mail to the District offices is delivered more promptly than mail to Capitol Hill. Please send an e-mail or fax a letter to one of his St. Louis offices.
