WASHINGTON – On Saturday, October 5, 2013, Conference Vice Chair Lynn Jenkins (KS-02) joined House Republican leaders after the House unanimously passed a bipartisan bill to ensure back pay for federal employees on furlough. House Republicans continue to call for the President and Senate Democrats to come to the table and negotiate, so that the government can be re-opened and the pain of the shutdown eased for all Americans.
