WASHINGTON – Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (KS-02) released the following statement in honor of the 12^th anniversary of the tragedy that shook our nation: September 11, 2001.

“As we honor the 9-11 heroes, victims, and their families and friends left behind, I ask Americans to pray for our brave service men and women stationed around the world who protect us here at home each and every day. We will never forget those we lost in these attacks, and it is my hope this anniversary will serve as a reminder of this great nation’s strength, resilience and commitment to the cause of freedom.”
