Military
Those who proudly serve in our nation’s armed forces, and the families of those who serve, make sacrifices on a day to day basis to help keep us all safe and ensure that the freedoms we hold dear are protected. I am happy to be of service to any members of the uniformed services, military retirees, and their family members who are experiencing difficulties with the U.S. Department of Defense and/or any of its military branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and the U.S. Merchant Marines), TRICARE, or the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
If you are unable to secure the help you need by using the following resources, I am more than happy to try to help you. However, I will need your written permission (or, if you are contacting my office on behalf of a relative who is in the armed services regarding any problems that service member might have, I will need the written permission of that service member who is experiencing the difficulties) to help with most military-related matters. PRIVACY ACT RELEASE FORM (bottom of the page) will need to be completed and sent along with a detailed explanation of your request for assistance.
