Paulsen Statement on Fallen Greenfield Marine Lance Corporal Robert S. Greniger

Washington, D.C. – Today, following reports that U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Robert S. Greniger was killed while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan, Congressman Erik Paulsen (MN-03) issued the following statement:

“It is with deep sadness that I join with all Minnesotans in mourning the loss of another young warrior, Marine Lance Corporal Robert S. Greniger, who gave up his life while serving in Afghanistan,” said Congressman Paulsen. “By all accounts, Lance Corporal Greniger was an outstanding Marine, and a beloved husband and son. We are forever indebted to Robert for his selfless service and incredible sacrifice. My sincerest condolences and heartfelt prayers go out to his family and loved ones.”
