Paulsen Encourages Minnesotans to “Shop Small” on Small Business Saturday

“Let’s reinvest in our community”

Eden Prairie, MN – Representative Erik Paulsen (MN-03) released a video message encouraging Minnesotans to shop at their area small businesses this Saturday and support local job creators on the busiest shopping weekend of the year.By purchasing goods and services from small businesses, we are reinvesting in our neighborhoods and communities.

Watch video HERE.

“I have had the chance to visit many small businesses. They employ a lot people in our neighborhoods. They are there to feed our families. They sell toys which teach our kids, and watch over them while we are at work. They produce life saving products which improve our daily lives. Our community is home to innovators in every sector of the economy.

“I encourage you to shop at small businesses this Saturday. But don’t stop this weekend, because one dollar spent in your neighborhood, is one dollar helping create jobs in your neighborhood.

Paulsen, a champion of small business and advocate of free enterprise, entrepreneurship, and innovation currently serves on the House Ways and Means Committee, and is co-chair of the Congressional U.S.- Korea Free Trade Working Group and co-chair of the House Medical Technology Caucus.
