Below is information about our two most popular tours.

The United States Capitol

General admission tickets for the United States Capitol are available Monday through Saturday on a first come, first served basis, so arrive early.  Tickets are distributed beginning at 8:00 am, and tours are conducted from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Congressional staff led tours are also available daily. Please contact my office at (202) 225-2190 for information on tour times and reservations.

The White House

Public tours of the White House are available for groups of any size. Requests are accepted up to six months in advance.

These self-guided tours are available from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday (excluding federal holidays), and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis approximately one month in advance of the requested date.

We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible since a limited number of tours are available. All White House tours are free of charge. If you are interested in visiting the White House, please fill out the Tour Request Form here.

Due to increased security at the White House, more information will be required for entrance. Once your initial form is completed, a D.C. staff member will contact you for additional information.
