  • How to Apply

    Students seeking an academy nomination must undergo an application process. 

    Applicants need to:

    • Apply to their academy of choice
    • Submit their application for nomination to their Senator or Congressman
    • Complete all application requirements by the applicable deadlines
    • Complete an interview with the Nomination Panel

Service Academy Nominations

As your Congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives for Arizona’s 6th District, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of students for scholarships to attend the military service academies. The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and commitment to serve for a minimum of five years upon graduation.

The nomination process for Fall 2015 admissions kicked off in late March with an information session. The deadline for nomination applications was Friday October 10, 2014. Applications are no longer being accepted.
