Rep. Fincher seeking Valentines for heroes

Congressman Stephen Fincher (R-Frog Jump) announced this week he is kicking off his "Operation Valentines" program. From now until Feb. 10, the congressman's district offices will collect valentines for distribution throughout West Tennessee for veterans and those currently serving in the military.
