Committees and Caucuses

Congressman Jim McGovern currently serves as the second ranking Democrat on the Rules Committee, and as a member of the House Agriculture Committee.

He is also the co-chair of the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission and the House Hunger Caucus, as well as a member of the E-Tech Caucus.
