Bustos Announces Summer Internships Available In Illinois & Washington, D.C. Offices

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Cheri Bustos (IL-17) announced that she is accepting summer internship applications for her offices in Rock Island, Peoria, Rockford and Washington, D.C.

“Internships are an invaluable opportunity for young people across our state to learn more about the legislative process and constituent services,” said Congresswoman Cheri Bustos.  “I encourage all those interested in gaining a firsthand experience in public service to apply for an internship in one of my offices today.”  

Summer internships will be available in Bustos’ district offices in Rock Island, Peoria and Rockford, and in her Washington, D.C. office.  Interested applicants should complete the internship application form on Bustos’ website.  Admissions to the internship program are rolling, but those interested in summer internships are encouraged to apply before April 1st.  More information on Bustos’ internship program can be found HERE.
