Help with a Federal Agency

If you are a resident of the 9th Congressional District of California seeking assistance with a concern that involves veterans' benefits, social security payments, passport processing or other issues involving a federal agency, Congressman Jerry McNerney's office may be able to help resolve your problem or get you the information you need. The office will do its best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem.

If you have a concern that involves a state (rather than federal) agency, you may wish to find and contact your state legislator here.

For assistance with a federal agency please download one of the privacy release authorization forms that can be found below. Please fill out, sign, and mail your form to Congressman McNerney's Stockton office. Be sure to include all information that is relevant to your case, such as copies of  related documents or correspondence that you may have from the federal agency involved.

If you are not able to print the form please contact Congressman McNerney's office and you may request one to be sent to you.
