Speaker Boehner accepts the portrait of Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa into the House collection.  The Speaker also accepted a portrait of Rep. Doc Hastings, Chairman of the Natural Resources Committee since 2011.

8.  The U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree

The 2014 Capitol Christmas Tree arrives after its 2,000 mile journey from Minnesota.  It will be lit during a ceremony on December 2nd.
