In response to President Obama's State of the Union address Tuesday night, Wisconsin Democratic Rep. Gwen Moore says she is thrilled with his call to invest more funding in early childhood education and infrastructure.

 

However, the Congresswoman says she's anxious about payment changes in entitlement programs such as Medicare, but believes the President will take the best ideas from both political parties.
