Presidential Greetings

If you or a family member is celebrating a special day, my office is available help you in securing greetings from the President of the United States for the following occasions listed below.

  • Birthday for persons 80 years of age or over
  • Birthday for Veteran’s 70 years of age or over
  • Wedding anniversary for 50 years of marriage or more
  • Class reunion: 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
  • Family reunion: 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
  • Religious Institution Anniversary: 25 years and every 5 years thereafter
  • Religious Milestone
  • Retirement: 30 or more years
  • School Anniversary: 100 years and every 25 years thereafter
  • School Graduation
  • Serious Illness
  • Condolence (sent to next of kin only)
  • Achievement of the Eagle Scout or the Girl Scout Gold Award
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Wedding (sent only after wedding date)
  • Bar and Bat Mitvahs

To request a Presidential Greeting, please contact my Washington, D.C. office at (202) 225-5431.  Please note that the White House requires all information for a request to be made. Requests should be made at least six weeks in advance of an event in order to receive the greeting in time.
