Washington, D.C. – Congressman Stephen Fincher (R-TN) released the following statement today after following the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision in Halbig vs. Burwell:

"Today's court ruling comes as no surprise — President Obama has a history of breaking and manipulating the law to force Obamacare down the throats of the American people. What's worse is he has continuously misled the American people by trying to convince them Obamacare is a good, workable law. Tennesseans and folks across the country know better. They know that the President lied when he said you could keep your own doctor, and that healthcare premiums would go down when they're actually skyrocketing. Obamacare is a fatally flawed law, and it's time the President listen to the American people and repeal it."
