OLSON OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO FORMER SEN. KAY BAILEY HUTCHISON ON THE PASSING OF HER HUSBAND RAY

Washington, DC - Rep. Pete Olson (TX-22) today issued the following statement of condolence upon learning that former Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison's beloved husband Ray passed away:

"My heartfelt sympathies are extended to my friend and former colleague Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison. She would not have been the trailblazer she was in Texas as the first female US Senator without Ray by her side. Nancy and I offer our deepest sympathies and prayers to Kay and their two young children Bailey and Houston. May God bless you and keep you as you honor the memory of your husband."
