President Obama’s speech last night was an attempt to provide some commitment to destroying the ISIS threat, as he faces the reality of his precipitous withdrawal of our troops, which had very unfortunate and disastrous consequences. President Obama owes an apology to President Bush for his public criticism and to our courageous troops for his failed military decisions.
