In those moments, amid the chaos and confusion, the true spirit of America was awakened as we watched firemen, police officers, and ordinary citizens transform into true American heroes."

"Through God's grace, we remain united, prayerful, and strong eleven years later in the face of threats to our nation and the security of future generations. We must remain vigilant and strong to protect the freedoms we hold dear and never forget the sacrifices made to protect them. We continue to rebuild, we remain united, and we will never forget."
