Howard has been the Dean of our North Carolina delegation for years and was one of the first Members to reach out to me when I first came to Washington. Our offices have shared a unique and personal bond ever since, and I have been truly honored to represent the counties of Moore and Randolph - which Howard represented with honor and passion for years."
