WASHINGTON – Congresswoman Renee Ellmers (R-NC-02) released the following video of this morning's hearing with HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. She questioned Sebelius on the failed Obamacare exchange rollout and why constituents in her district are being punished with higher premiums and broken promises that they could keep their insurance.
