Department of Transportation TIGER grant will create construction jobs

Dutch Ruppersberger announced today $10 million in federal funds to widen Maryland 175 at Fort Meade, relieving base-related traffic and creating quality construction jobs. The project will expand the 2-lane, undivided roadway to six divided lanes complete with a trail, sidewalks and on-road bicycle facilities into Fort Meade.
71 Members ask House leadership to postpone August recess
