Paulsen Seeks Answers on Employer Mandate

Obamacare Employer Mandate Forcing Some Companies to Cut Employee Hours

Washington, D.C.– Today, Congressman Erik Paulsen (MN-03) participated in the House Ways and Means Committee hearing focusing on the impact of the employer mandate, part of Obamacare, on jobs and opportunities.

“A faulty website, losing your doctor and your healthcare plan, and higher healthcare premiums seem to be just the beginning,” said Paulsen. “The biggest challenge that I am hearing about now from employers over Obamacare is the so-called 30-hour rule.  The consequence is that workers with good full-time jobs are now being forced to work part-time.”
