H.R. 45: To repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010

Nearly three years ago, President Obama and the Democratic-controlled Congress ignored the will of the people and rammed through one of the most expansive and invasive pieces of legislation in the history of the United States into law. We are only now beginning to see what then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi meant when she said we would need to pass the bill to find out what’s in it. As predicted, it means job loss, less innovation, higher premiums and more government. Hidden within those unread pages were twenty new or higher taxes that are blind to the class warfare rhetoric of Washington.
