It Appears The States (See The Marketplace Fairness Act: http://tinyurl.com/nycz22m) Including The Federal Government Has Turned Over The Authority To Collect Taxes To Businesses And Credit/Debit Card Processors!
This Bogus Provision By All Accounts And Measures Should Be (And Probably Is) Unconstitutional.
We Need To Write To Every Congressman And Senator (Charlie Rangel (D-Ny)) Who Even Remotely Had Anything Thing To Do With This Scam And Tell Him Or Her To Remove (Repeal) This Provision Immediately Less We Fire Them Asap.
According To The Freedomworks Press Release, The Card-Reporting Provision Was Added Without Debate, And “Requires The Nation’s Payment Systems To Track, Aggregate, And Report Information On Nearly Every Electronic Transaction To The Federal Government.”

Shared publicly -We had the privilege of hearing directly from Administrator Mills and Director Hinson about the various initiatives put forth by the Administration to help small businesses and minority enterprises to prosper. We recognize that small businesses are the heart of economic development in this great country. I'm proud that New York is ahead of the game in terms of what we should be doing nationally. I will continue to provide information about the various opportunities available to you and the changes taking place within federal programs that may affect you. We are all one team and must work together.

There will be a presentation by a representative from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to guide you through the job application process with the federal government. Plus learn about opportunities with the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps.

I'm proud to participate in a campaign that promotes the progress that our country has made over the past few years with regard to the rights of the LGBT community. This is a wonderful way to support the struggle for equality and to discourage discrimination based on who people love.
