Officials are hoping more federal money will soon be flowing to the Green Brook Flood Control Project.

In a nondescript warehouse, on land bought from the estate of philanthropist and socialite Doris Duke in Somerset County, sits the largest stockpile of mercury in America.
It won't be there for long if new Congressman Leonard Lance has his way.
CRANFORD--During a trip to Cranford this week, Rep. Leonard Lance (R-7) spoke before a group of about 40 of his constituents and was grilled on the war in Iraq, his political aspirations, and the impending switch to a digital television signal.
