Calling for more Action from the U.S. in finding Kidnapped Veteran Marine Armando Torres

I spoke on the floor of the House of Representatives (on July 18th 2013) to call for more action from the U.S. in finding kidnapped Veteran Marine Armando Torres who was taken by members of a Mexican drug cartel two months ago in Northern Tamaulipas Mexico. Torres, along with his father uncle were all kidnapped in front of family members during a broad daylight raid on his father's ranch. We are all working on his and his family members safe return. #bringarmandohome
