As the House begins to consider the 12 Appropriations bills that will fund our government for the next fiscal year, I want to ensure that we are responsibly guiding tax dollars to the programs that truly need support. Each request I made represents a crucial investment that will help grow the Chicago economy, create jobs, and build stronger communities.”
