WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today released the following statement following passage of H.R. 5, the Student Success Act:
"The Student Success Act makes important reforms to the 2002 No Child Left Behind law by giving state and local governments greater flexibility in determining how best to improve our schools.
